Step into the sacred circle of the full moon with a mandala-inspired yoga practice. In this special masterclass, we’ll honour the upcoming October Hunter full moon through a flowing sequence that moves 360° around the mat, creating a moving mandala of breath, body, and intention.

The mandala practice invites us to embrace balance, unity, and transformation—mirroring the cyclical wisdoof the moon.

Guided by lunar energy, we’ll weave together grounding flows, heart-opening postures, and restorative stillness. Expect a creative journey that deepens focus, awakens presence, and connects you with the wholeness within and around you.

We’ll close with meditation and intention-setting as we prepare for the glow of this special full moon, leaving you centered, expansive, and renewed.

A Month of Meditation and Mindfulness course

 With a gentle, heart centred and intuitive approach we will explore different ways that Mindfulness and Meditation can help us live in the moment, to manage stress, enhance our everyday wellbeing and improve health and happiness.  

 

This one month course is a series of daily and weekly sessions to enable you to explore different meditation techniques, that help you connect to your innermost self, draw closer to your sense of purpose and live a life more aligned with your spiritual self.

 

Through daily meditation, mindfulness exercises and a guided yoga Nidra we will work towards establishing a stronger, clearer bond to our higher consciousness. Developing this deeper intuitive connection, leads us towards slowly releasing our sense of limitation and fear and magnetising a 'life more abundant' - abundant in the qualities that lead to a sense of real fulfilment - love, wisdom, purpose, joy.

 

Are you someone who wants to meditate daily, but gets easily distracted? Maybe, like me when I first started, you tried it once, couldn't focus so gave up?  Or you regularly incorporate mindfulness into your day but have started taken it for granted and need a boost to awaken the benefits?  Meditation does not have to be sitting, still, without any thoughts! We will learn walking meditation, candle gazing, listening to music and much more.  

This month long workshop is designed to make meditation and mindfulness accessible to YOUR daily life.  

Being guided and gently directed can help you become more disciplined in dedicating between five to twenty minutes of your day, everyday for a month to yourself.  Forming a habit that I hope will allow you to receive the positive side effects of Meditation and Mindfulness.


What to expect from your month of Meditation and Mindfulness

Pause. Breathe. Reset. A month-long journey into the art of being present.  

 

This is a self-paced online month, I will send weekly themes via email to show the structure of the week ahead and each morning I will whatsapp you a daily affirmation, a set of questions/tasks, suggested meditation technique and a short recorded yoga Nidra, all to complete at your own pace.  You will learn about healing properties of things such as foods, plants, scents and crystals to align with the day, as well as suggested mudras and mantras to use while meditating.

If you’re craving more calm, clarity, and connection in your life, this Meditation & Mindfulness Month is for you. Together, we’ll build steady habits, gentle rituals, and mindful moments that nurture your well-being long after the course ends. Step into this supportive space and give yourself the gift of presence — one breath, one day, one mindful moment at a time.

 

Through guided meditations, gentle mindfulness exercises, and practical tools for everyday calm, you’ll learn how to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect with what matters most. 

 

Each week explores a new theme — from grounding and connection to compassion and clarity — with daily prompts, mindfulness techniques, and nourishing practices to help you embody it. Alongside guided meditations and gentle yoga nidra sessions, you’ll discover how to weave stillness into your everyday life. 

This month will leave you centered, recharged, and connected.  Whether you’re brand new or deepening your practice, this immersive experience will help you bring compassion, gratitude and guidance to live to your fullest into every part of your life.

 

Your Month of Mindfulness — Weekly Themes

 

Week 1: Ground & Center

During our first week we will settle into the present and create a stable foundation for the month ahead. Through gentle breathwork, body scans, and grounding meditations, you’ll learn how to calm an overactive mind and reconnect with your body. 

Daily prompts will guide you to notice the support beneath you, the sensations within you, and the moments around you. All to  help you anchor into the present moment.

Yoga nidra sessions will help you release lingering tension and anchor into deep relaxation. 

By the end of the week, you’ll feel more rooted, steady, and ready to meet life with a clear mind and an open heart.

 

Week 2: Resilience & Renewal 

This week is all about restoring your inner strength and learning how to bounce back from life’s challenges with more ease. Through energizing breathwork, guided meditations, and gentle yoga nidra, you’ll release stress stored in the body and invite fresh energy in. 

Daily prompts will help you reframe obstacles, see growth in setbacks, and reconnect with your personal sources of vitality. You’ll explore mindfulness techniques that create space between reaction and response, so you can meet difficulties with clarity instead of overwhelm. 

By the week’s end, you’ll feel lighter, recharged, and ready to carry this renewed energy forward.

 

Week 3: Compassion & Connection

This week invites you to soften, open, and remember that we are all deeply interconnected. Through loving-kindness meditations, heart-opening breath practices, and guided visualizations, you’ll nurture warmth toward yourself and others. 

Daily prompts will encourage acts of kindness—both inward and outward—and help you listen more deeply in your relationships. 

You’ll explore mindfulness tools for transforming self-criticism into self-support, and for meeting others with curiosity instead of judgment. 

Gentle yoga nidra sessions will offer a safe, quiet space to rest in the feeling of belonging. By the end of this week, you’ll feel more at ease in your own heart, and more authentically connected to the world around you.

 

Week 4: Clarity & Flow

In this final week, you’ll clear away mental clutter and align with your natural rhythm. Through focused attention practices, guided meditations, and intentional breathwork, you’ll sharpen your ability to see situations—and yourself—with fresh perspective. 

Daily prompts will help you identify what truly matters, release what drains you, and make space for inspired action. Gentle yoga nidra sessions will support deep mental rest, allowing insights to surface effortlessly. You’ll learn techniques for moving through life with less resistance, greater adaptability, and a steady sense of direction. 

The aim this week is to feel lighter, clearer, and ready to carry your mindfulness practice into everyday life with ease.
